We will be happy to visit your location free of charge to solve any issues associated with our ink and toner.
Return Policy
Unopened Triangle Toner and Ink brand products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Afterwards, there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for all unopened product .
Opened Triangle Toner and Ink brand products will be replaced within 30 days of purchase if it is not operating properly. If products are outside of the 30 day window, Triangle Toner and Ink will replace defective products upon investigative review of the product.
No refunds or exchanges will be given after 90 days.
Collection Policy
All invoices are due and payable within fourteen (30) days from the date of the invoice. By accepting the products herein, and in the event this invoice is not timely paid, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees. In addition, customer agrees to pay interest on any delinquent amount(s) at the rate of 15% per month or the maximum amount of interest permitted by law whichever is higher.
